Fees
Fees start at £595, including tax, for one assessment, which could be for a capacity to manage own property and financial affairs for a deputyship application.
Capacity to litigate can be complex, therefore my fee starts at £700.
Mileage will be added in addition (see below).

Fees include all preparation work and a full detailed report which will be provided within a short time frame to the appointed professional or independent representative.
Mileage
Mileage for face to face appointments is costed at 55p per mile. Estimates for mileage and travel time (if applicable) will be provided if requested.
Payment Terms
The full payment to be paid within 14 days of the assessment date or before the assessment. Online banking preferred, card payment on the day available, but cheques can be accepted. Instructions for payment will be given when invoiced.
Late payment over 14 days will be subject to additional charges.
